At NEXTCATHKID, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returning items.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In its original, unused, and unworn condition.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Jewelry (including all Rings and Bracelets)
Any item that is damaged, altered, washed, or shows signs of wear.
Items not in their original packaging.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@nextcathkid.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Wait for Instructions: We will respond with a Return Authorization and provide instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Ship Your Return: Carefully package the eligible items and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns center.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing your orders. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@nextcathkid.com with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item to us.
