Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at NEXTCATHKID. The following terms apply to the shipping of all orders placed on our website.

1. Shipping Processing

All orders are processed during our standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination. The available shipping options and their associated costs will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking site. You can use this information to check the status of your delivery.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.

6. P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard shipping methods.

7. Order Issues & Lost Packages

In the rare event that your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal office and/or neighbors first. If the package cannot be located, please contact our customer service team at support@nextcathkid.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
